Thesis Projects - Supply Chain

The Supply Chain department provides two thesis projects:

- Mapping of the entire material management process, and forecast, in order to optimize the production flow of one of our products. Suitable for a more analytical thesis project.
- Revision of another product's process (based on a previous mapping), more based on the logistics side. Suitabile for a thesis with a more practical approach
