Junior IT Specialist - Internship

For our HQ in Sarego (VI), we are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join the IT department. The person (after thorough training) will contribute to first-level IT support and the management of company assets (PCs, smartphones, etc.). Over time, they will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the dynamics and processes of an IT office in a multinational group.

Responsibilities:

- Manage first-level support requests through a ticketing system
- Configure and assign IT assets to users and provide the relevant documentation
- Provide guidance on the correct company procedures for using IT tools
- Report any anomalies encountered
- Collaborate in updating internal procedures for activities within their competence

Requirements:

- Diploma (or degree) in Computer Science/Telecommunications
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Excellent knowledge of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Good analytical skills and customer orientation
- At least basic knowledge of networking principles
- Good knowledge (at least B1 level) of English
