Bewirb dichFor our HQ in Sarego (VI), we are looking for a Junior HR Generalist who wants to start their career in the HR field of a Multinational Group. The person will be involved in all the main activities of the HR Office (Recruiting, Training and Development, HR Management, Employer Branding, etc.), supporting our business processes and contributing to creating a positive and productive work environment. The goal is to provide the person with solid and comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
- Support Personnel Selection and Recruitment activities
- Support the management of employee relations
- Support the management of Training and Development plans
Requirements:
- Degree in economic or legal disciplines (preferably in Management and/or Labor Law)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage time
- Basic knowledge of labor regulations
- Good knowledge of main IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Good knowledge (at least B1) of the English language
